DS-160 (US Embassy Interview form)
Once we receive your DS-2019 details (prior to it being shipped), a sms text will be sent to you to complete your DS-160 form
Embassy Interview
We will organise your US embassy interview and a sms text and email will be sent to you with this information unless you are on Erasmus and our office will contact you with relation to booking it yourself.
Embassy Pack
Your embassy pack will be ready for collection in Cork or Dublin once we receive your DS-2019 from the USA.You will receive a sms text message to advise when it is ready for collection.

Passport Release
Once the US Embassy has approved your application and affixed the visa to your passport, they will release it by DPD Courier to the DPD Depot you specified in your J1 application. An email and sms text will be sent to you to advise when this will occur.
Note: You must collect your passport within 3 working days of receiveing this sms text/ email.
