Final Balance Payment
Please ensure that you have everything booked and paid in full within 7 days of booking your flights.
Orientation
You will be required to attend an orientation which includes a representative of InterExchange and the US Embassy in March/ April where, we will cover important topics such as jobs, accommodation, insurance, US State Dept. requirements, etc. For 2020, InterExchange will do an group virtual orientations . Details will be released within the coming weeks.
Final Pack
Your J1 Final Pack will be released in early May. The pack contains your flight e-ticket, insurance doc., J1 visa, and information booklets relevant to your time in the USA.
