I understand that I have to follow the step-by-step procedures based on the Camp USA programme I choose.

I understand I am not applying for the J1 Summer Work & Travel programme.

I understand I am not applying for the US Intern or PCT Trainee programmes.

I have read and understand all the cost components and cancelation terms involved in the Camp USA programme.

I understand that, if applying for Camp USA I need to be available at least for 9 weeks between May 15th - September 15th. I must start programme before 15th of Jun the latest and stay until at least August 15th.

I understand that a face-to-face interview with SAYIT staff is mandatory, before DS2019 can be issued.
