I understand I am not applying for the US Summer Camp programme.

I understand I am not applying for the US Intern or PCT Trainee programmes.

I have read and understand all the cost components and cancellation terms involved in the programme.

I understand that, if applying for Job Placement I can work a minimum of 10 weeks and if applying for Self Placement I can work a minimum of 8 weeks and anything under this will impact me on gaining employment.
