Step 1: Submit documentation
You must submit all of the below documents & payment to us within 14 working days. Any delay in receiving all of these documents will delay your J1 application.
- A copy of your valid passport (Valid to the 1st November 2020)
- Your stamped and signed (& signed by a parent if under 21 at time of booking) application form - A letter from the college can replace the stamped page but you must submit the signed page too
- Questionnaire – part of the online J1 application process
- Your completed Employment Offer and Agreement Form
- You must have paid a minimum of €345 to have your application processed (€95 Deposit plus Second Payment of €250)
Employment Offer and Agreement Form
This form must also include:
- The company’s contact address and telephone number
- The name of the contact person at the company
- Description of the job
- Number of work hours
- Wages per hour
- Description of accommodation provided or assurance of assistance in finding housing
- Dates of employment
- Federal Tax ID # (EIN)
- Workers' Compensation policy information
- A start date after the 15th May 2020
- Number of work hours (32 hours per week minimum)
